Dot Matrix & Ink Jet	- $59.00 For printers which retail for under $400.00. - $75.00/hour with 2 hrs Max. For retail over $400.00 - $35.00 minimum for diagnostic estimate.
Laser Printers	- $35.00 min. for diagnostic which retail under $900.00. - $75.00/hour with two hours maximum. (will call) - $75.00 min. diagn. for which retail over 900.00 - $125.00/hr with two hours maximum.

All Printer Parts are extra. We'd prompt you for your approval to replace parts. The diagnostic fee will be applied toward the hourly rate.
